Nicholson wins Barbury horse trials
World No.1 eventer Andrew Nicholson has successfully defended his Barbury horse trials title in England with a clear cross-country round chuen hing.
Nicholson and Avebury got just 0.8 time penalties on the Wiltshire course to end on 35.2 points cloud solution.
The combination were a comfortable 10.2 points clear of Britain's Izzy Taylor and Starchaser in second place.
Nicholson's Olympics teammate Mark Todd, riding Oloa, ended 11th on 62.0, after picking up 12 time penalties on the cross-country wine education.
However, another New Zealander Jewelry hong kong, Tim Price, on Wesko, dropped to 21st after having been third overnight.
Barbury is a three-star event, one tier below the highest in horse trialsQV baby cream.
Nicholson Asian college of knowledge management, who lives in nearby Lockeridge, completed a one-two finish last year with Avebury and Quimbo.
